The goal of anger management is to reduce both your emotional feelings and the physiological arousal that anger causes. You can't get rid of, or avoid, the things or the people that enrage you, nor can you change them, but you can learn to control your reactions. We use Personalized Theory TM, an effective curriculum for anger management that really works in helping individuals learn how to thing rather than what to think. Developed by Prof. Samuel V. Capelli, this extremely effective method of controlling anger is educating participants on the world of emotions and consequences to both good and bad behaviors.
